In my view this is overprocessed. Its a lovely scene but it is just too much in my opinion .5.

I updated the description after all this time so people can understand a little better how this shot was done. P.S. my wife has gotten over the fact that she was told she wasn't human several times in the comments! lol

Voted earlier coming back to comment.

This makes me think of a cross between Ghost Rider and the old cover of Piers Anthony's Book called Death Rides a Pale Horse where a skeletal Death is driving a fancy gold sports car. I wish the action and main subjects are in better focus but I do get the concept that the Super is lashing out his chain whip to apprehend the bad guys. I get the feeling that you wanted to present the action as happening now and there is movement in the scene. I think it would be stronger if the blur showed a forward or directional motion in the wheels and the front of the car. The other thing that I think would help boast the appeal a bit more is the flames on the skull take on more of that engulfing/bonfire aspect that one sees with GhostRider. Selecting a picture of a flaring flame, feathering to avoid hard edges and then overlaying it in another layer would/could accomplish that 'effect'.

Good call - the chopper is hella dangerous out there in traffic. A sedan with airbags is much safer for this superhero. :)

Great sky and composition. A little heavy on the processing for me.

Pretty, but the colors are a bit much for my taste.

Lovely clouds and composition.
