this looks like one of the streets that cuts through central park. the road being surrounded so closely by walls creates a dramatic feeling that you intensify with camera angle, color, tone and yes, motion blur. 8

Very evocative of dusk and urban decay. I am finding the yellow lines distracting as I look at it, though. I think there's a very strong sense of the cab "descending" into something, without the added emphasis that the yellow lines provide.
