Nice evocation of this poem, the model perfectly fits the role. I don't like the texture though, I suppose it is there to add an "old" feeling, but the parallel lines are... well, too parallel for that. Also, I would have lit the face a little bit more, so that the dress was not the brightest element, grabbing probably the attention a bit much. Great job nonetheless!

I have passed on this photo a few times now as it has a few stories for me and I needed to think about it .. that's what a good photo does in my opinion - makes me think of stories .. I love the hesitancy in her pose .. the way she is holding on to a part of her hair .. her gentle cradling of her guitar .. the texture in her dress matches the texture in the b/g which creates a consistency that I also like very much .. so I am going to give it my highest portrait score for this challenge and thank you for the story .. a 9
