I really like this, and am scoring 8. If there was a little more contrast and a little less HDR feel to the foreground, it would have been a 9 or 10.

Your colors are great here! Strong, very rich but not over-done. The composition is just lacking a little interest for me. I think if I suggest that you move left or right to try to get a third boat into the shot, you may be limited by the end of the dock you are shooting from. I think if you were shooting from a kayak or something more mobile, You might have had an easier time positioning the shot. I hope this is helpful and not too critical. The technical aspects of the shot are excellent.
