the man is correct. There is such wonderful exuberance in the expression, and then the second layer, a pastoral background feel bringing the viewer, or at least me, to an age of farming and a simpler life. For that, the shot its one of the best in the challenge in my eyes. |

I'm of a mixed mind about color vs. monochrome in something like this and generally prefer monochrome to bypass ambivalent color presentation, but here the generally greenish tint works well enough. Good focusing and control of dof. |
