I wanted the food bowl in the shot. If it was just a plain background, it probably would have been a boring photo. I wish I could have cropped a little different, but an ugly heating baseboard was just to the left of the bowl and I had to hide it. Plus it was pretty hard getting the cat to look up like that and stay, less try to pose her in an exact spot.
