I think this picture needs a center of interest. Maybe a finger halfway down to keyboard? Other wise my attention goes to the clutter at the end of the keyboard.

This is an awesome shot with some terrible lighting and a distracting background! If you darken the room, light the keyboard, keep the same angle, drop a cloth in front of the background stuff and you'll be right on the money. I'd like to see it if you can reshoot it! Oh big bonus because I love the originality and the shot in general!

I think you could have gone very far with this photograph. Though it may be intentional on your part, I wish that the nearest black key was in focus, or more of it was in focus, a higher apeture. The blue and pinks in the back ground are distracting, I would even considering going black and white with this photograph.

DOF would have helped a bit. If the front keys were in better focus, they would have drawn the eye into the picture better. wonderful idea... I just love the piano.

I am not sure what the things at the end of the piano are, but they probably should have been removed or chopped out. Gread idea though, fits the challenge well.

What is happening in the top right corner ? Puzzles me whether it should add anything to the image. At the moment I find it just distracting.
