Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment by paolobnr: Originally posted by hortopth: does the 10-d have weatherproof seals built into it? |
Well, no! :-)
Actually it was pouring and I stayed under a small tree... The lense (Canon 20mm f/2,8) had to be dried immediately after.... but is quite waterproof, yes:-) |

Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment by paolobnr: Thank you all for the attention you had for this photo of mine. And thank you to whom has voted for it, of course. Nice challenge, I would say. Message edited by author 2003-10-29 05:08:37. |

Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment by e301: No no no. This was the winner, honestly: those other ten shots are an illusion, created by the masters of un-challenging images to decieve you. Though it's a given of dpc that the more complex the image the better it's going to have to be to penetrate everyone's brain.
I'd consider Kiwi's point though - about space to the left of the figures. Not so much for their placement though (I like that you only show the world they're moving into), but to complete the junction of sea and walkway. Great work. |

Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment by hortopth: This is the best shot in the challenge, and one of the best I have seen on DPChallenge. The shades, and the silhouette are great, but the shapes are what really makes it (without having been there, the walkway and the sea look like two complementing triangles). 11. This belongs on a wall (on my wall) |

Grado, Italyby paolobnrComment by dr rick: Seeing a couple doesn't make feel loneliness or solitude, but it's true that the couple is all alone. This is emphasized by their placement near the edge of the frame, where the viewer's eye is led by the strong lines. |
