Just came across this, after seeing your The Reader, The Listener and the Daydreamer image. As an avid gamer, I think video games get this view from non gamers too often. And while being obsessed with anything to the point you neglect other aspects of your life isn't healthy, this also applies to TV, reading and even photography. How you described reading, is exactly what games are to many people. The stories told in some games now easily match the best I've read in a book or seen in a movie. In some ways even surpassing those mediums because you're playing an active role in that story being told.

Samantha, I'm one of your biggest fans. But I'm not sure I get this image at all. I'm not only not understanding the good/bad news title (which seems to be based on "a penny for your thoughts"), I'm also seeing what appear to be several blatant editing mistakes: (ghosts on the side of the bowl, one of which the kitty is leaning on, but another one outside of that), the lip area doesn't meet either on the left or the right.... All of these things are so outside your usually extraordinary attention to detail, it makes me wonder if you uploaded the wrong version.
