Overall it doesn't feel very harmonious. I do like the motion of those waves, I think I might have liked it better with more of that but this is what you saw and there's nothing wrong with that. :)

I can see desaturating the audience so the band is the focus. I can see desaturating the adults in the audience. What I can't understand is why you would desaturate the two most interesting parts of the photo and highlight two adults that while they look to be having a lot of fun aren't particularly interesting to me.
