Seems underexposed as though shot in automatic exposure mode without using exposure compesnation to adjust away from middle grey expected by internal meter. Too bad, as flower elements beng sharp in front with shallow depth of field works for this subject.

Even though there is some odd criss-cross haze patterns in the space under the umbrella and that it is not in sharp focus the blur & haze really capture a cold and wet rainy day where the draw of something hot & warm draws us towards this vendor. I like that you made this B&W for it complements the mood whereas full color I think would not be as effective.
