Beautiful Composition. This picture screams "Publicity". I find the colours slightly 'off' and i believe the portrait could've used a little bit more sharpening. Lightning is very nice, but appears a tiny bit washed out on the neck and cheek. Could be my monitor tho. Very cool expression Stanley has. Also love the symetry of the hears with the rest of the shot. Frame is perharps a little too big, but works in enclosing the portrait. Very likable! 8

This is a portrait in ever aspect of the word, and a very good one at that. I just love the expression on this dog's face. A wonderful capture, which in my opinion should do very well in this challenge.

If I must nitpick, I'd mention the backdrop. It would look better if it was more blurred.
Other than that, I love the dog, the composition and the lighting. The expression is just fantastic!! Wonderful photo with very much a "portrait" feel to it. 8

I like the fact that this is centered. It makes it an "in your face" image combined with the look on his face (if that makes any sense). Good use of neutral background
