10 and a favorite. I've long said that our search for live shouldn't be limited to carbon based recreations of ourselves; the concept that a different base molecule could give rise to life is not outside the realm of possible; just outside the realm of "possible to cohabitate with, due to fundamental physiological differences".
Who is to say that those swirling gas clouds on planets like Jupiter or Venus do not contain some gaseous life?
