	Puffing Billy by Marston Comment by DemonLlama: While I think the border is a little large/overpowering, this is the first use of a border that I've liked in the Free Study challenge. I think there are more borders in this challenge that any I've seen recently and yours enhances the picture. Naturally, you'll get a dozen other comments that don't like it, but I do.
