Composition
This picture made me smile but I feel that there is a little too much going on in it. I think that the cat is an unecessary distraction and is not in focus. I think that the glass is in the wrong place as the milk is giving the impression of running up hill.
Exposure: The picture is a bit soft and slightly out of focus
Contrast & Color: this is also a little flat and undersaturated
Suggestions for improvement
Perhaps using a higher aperature and faster shutter speed and rearranging the composition with and without the cat.
