Well Red...by thrumyiisComment by BeckyT: I am impressed how the glass came out also. No overly blown out areas at all. Looks very natural. |

Well Red...by thrumyiisComment by mitalapo: very nice indeed. I like how you never go over the edge. I wonder if you have a constant light in addition to the light "brush", as otherwise I don't understand this at all. |

Wilson A2140by thrumyiisComment by bsluijk: Although this shows the entire glove, the main subject (the ball, being lightest and in focus) is fully centered which weakens the overall composition, in my opinion. |

Wilson A2140by thrumyiisComment by Kroburg: I like this crop the best, it shows all of the baseball glove; glove and ball tells one story together. The third crop is close second, showing the thumb of the glove leading you to the ball. The second crop misses too many parts of the glove.
As for the image, I like the colours of glove and wood underneath (both having simular green), it both has a ancient look. |

Wilson A2140 (3rd crop)by thrumyiisComment by BeckyT: I like this crop because it focuses on the glove and ball more. In my opinion. You have really achieved some nice tones in this light painting technique. Well done. |

Foot Long.. by thrumyiisComment by nam: You may or may not be aware that this is one of the photos being used in the online "publications" referenced here: DPC forum thread on LBNelert
I noticed it when I was searching for my own. There were so many from DPC that I could not document them all - if you want to have it removed, see posts from LydiaToo and Mike_311 on p. 5 of the forum thread. To locate it more easily, check both blogs and the main newsletter, starting with the dates when this challenge was in voting or shortly thereafter.
(I think - a couple of the feet from this challenge were there) |

Bookwormby thrumyiisComment by MacDonald: Oh what a lovely collection of interesting things to have - there is so much to look at that I feel very invited to visit. The wall hanging is of a type I have seen before with each square outlined in yarn and you lit it so well that it only adds and doesn't take away a bit from all that is in front of it - just a treat to view. |
