Although this shows the entire glove, the main subject (the ball, being lightest and in focus) is fully centered which weakens the overall composition, in my opinion.

I like this crop the best, it shows all of the baseball glove; glove and ball tells one story together. The third crop is close second, showing the thumb of the glove leading you to the ball. The second crop misses too many parts of the glove.
As for the image, I like the colours of glove and wood underneath (both having simular green), it both has a ancient look.
