While the photo is adorable, without the title (which I don't use, since this is a photography contest) the image does not really say anything about "Reduce, reuse, or recycle". I'm sorry... but if this were in the Free Study, I think it would do better. He's adorable, though! :)

Cool shot, but it's kind of flat. Not sure how much you processed this, but it looks like some leves wirk could have created a little more pop, while still ekeeping the blurry effect.

Thanks for your post in the thread. A great close up, perfect angle with him/her turning their head to face the camera. Congratulations on a great shot. You suggestion paid off with a great shot. Most of the time I do ask permission to take a picture but this time I didn't because I didn't even know there were security guards at this building until he called me out. But like you said it is always best to take the high road and ask when you can.
