Very beautiful sunset. Very interesting sky and I like how you waited until the sun was almost behind the clouds, but not quite. Compositionally the photo is a little dull, as if you might be relying too much on the sunset itself to make the photo.

I see here an isolation from moving subjects by long exposure. Strictly, DOF isolation was a requirement for this contest. In case of this picture, I don't think that the shadows of the moving people, the reflection in the glass, the column growing out of the head of the main subject, and the defaced woman in the background, add anything to the composition.
