the medical profession dont promote the belief that spontaneous healing or miracles are actually a real thing ..
and when you think that much of our healing comes from the belief that we will be healed rather than the actual medicine we are given .. it opens the mind to some wondrous possibilities ..
the studies on the placebo effect make it known that a huge percentage of our healing actually comes from our own belief that we will get better .. because of the medicine we are given .. rather than any medicine that the doctors give us .. its not widely known .. but as this knowledge gets out there .. there may be changes in how we view the power we have within us .
there is also the nocebo effect .. where we can make ourselves sick by a belief .. the doctor tells us we will die due to a certain disease .. and thats exactly what happens .. the studies out there indicate that if we have great respect for the doctors opinion then our belief creates exactly what they have foretold ..
anyway .. thats a subject that has so much more to it ..

i just wanted to say how much i loved your photo and then wrote down some of my thoughts in relation to it .. which is another great thing about photo .. its got depth .. xx

IMO, the way you photographed this is brilliant. the reflections make it "spooky" even though the actual subject is not that scary (IMO). well done!
