Silent Remindersby NeuferlandComment by jpochard: You really caught some awesome lighting with this shot. It evokes a mood of respect and quietness, just as if we were standing there. Nice composition and deep colors pull it all together. It's a little different from the "usual" cemetary shots. Going into fav's. :) |

Peek-a-booby NeuferlandComment by glad2badad: That kitten looks ready to POUNCE! ;^) They are so much fun when little like that.
Nice choice of select desat on this - the blue eyes jump out at you. I also like the composition having the cat in the top quarter of the image. If I was to make any suggestions it would be perhaps the contrast could be bumped up just a bit.
Great job on seeing and capturing this photo opportunity!
Smile and keep having fun! |

Not Just A Corner - My Whole Worldby NeuferlandComment by ladyhawk22: Great shot. The lighting on this is beautifully done. Great expression on the face. The only thing that jumps out at me is that it looks as though the eye on the right is a different color. Don't know if that's lighting or the model or what :-) Nothing I would change I don't think, just an observation. Really well done! |

Not Just A Corner - My Whole Worldby NeuferlandComment by Jutilda: This is one of those "make you feel good" shots. The natural innocent pose is wonderful. I love the glow in the eyes. Sepia is a fine choice for filters too as it gives a timeless mood and warms up that already cozy feeling even more. The one directional lighting bounces off of the face perfectly. I don't even mind the piping on the cushion behind the head - as it serves as a frame to the face. |
