LOL, sorry, kind of an American reference. I'm not sure what Fraiche is but Denny's is kind of an old family diner style chain restaurant, typically they have pretty good pies and desserts with traditional american style foods, not real fancy but consistent meals and service through out the chain. Not the type of restaurant you will crave going to but kind of an old stand by with decent food and a variety of choices. Also I believe most of them are open 24 hours so they fill a need for that late night craving for pie!

I am sorry but this one just does not work for me, it has a pretty cool sugar sculpture thingy but as far as a photo it really looks to much like someone at a Denny's restaurant taking a shot of their food to share with friends on some social media site like Facebook. The color difference between table top and the plate is a big distraction which takes away from the sugar sculpture shape being the focal point of the shot.
