A little on the hazy side this pic. I would gone more with landscape format instead of portrait. Either that or used more of a wider angle. Also I would have moved your shooting position a little to the left and gotten in more of the cityscape. By moving more to the left you wouldn't have gotten in the lines of the bridge which are a little distracting. Just the thoughts that jumped to mind when I clicked on your pic.

The picture looks very soft, with perhaps too much pixelation (from up-sizing?). The tree in the lower left corner is also distracting... and composition-wise I would have the tall building framed somewhere to the left of the frame rather than dead center.
