Love in Redby RoosterComment by TooCool: I'm sorry, call me old school, but I don't care for nose rings... Not a bad shot overall, but don't care for the selective desaturation. I don't think that it has a real effect here. Also your border is not even all around.

Light Infinityby RoosterComment by Dave Gordon: Nice idea, but I think it would have been a stronger photo in a completely dark room, or a room so dimly lit that the human figure was an almost invisible shadow. The background lights are distracting, IMHO. |

Emerge From Behind the Cameraby RoosterComment by GoodEnd: If you setup your light a little higher and control your exposure to the face it will be a good portrait. The shoulder and a piece of wall has the full focus and correct exposure at this moment. |

Sorry about the fence and the silhouettes of the fellow admirers are just a big distraction....perahps is you had shot over the fence and just got a good size portion it would habe been petter.
