Don't get me wrong, the photo is excellent. Not much I can say there. But that capital building, juxtaposed against the massive newer buildings and that wavy....that wavy...oh my God. What were they thinking?

This looks .... I don't know what to say, I first thought it was a miniature, doll's house or those model train type set up. Not sure if it is your pp, or the combination of things on the image ... It is really interesting IMO, somehow "unreal".

Abra thinks there is no distortion? Maybe I use the wrong terminology, but I thought the distortion adds to the whole strange feel of the place (buildings left and right really lean "in").

Is this as dizzying in actuality as it appears here? I love the processing on the pavement and buildings, not so much on the sky which has halos, a sensor dust spot (upper left) and a faintly blotchy appearance.
