I agree about the shadows. You have more detail in there that could be brought out (although maybe not without breaking the rules for a challenge on here) and really add some pop to this. As Bear said, it's a very strong image and I think has good impact to the viewer. I would probably increase the contrast a bit as well as bring out the shadows.

The leaning rails in the front was the first thing that caught my eye. Although it looks more like perspective distortion rather than camera lean.

I get the feeling that the top of the trees is cropped off just a bit too much. I would have liked to see a little more there.

Over all, I love the shot. I like the boardwalk and how it leads you right down the middle of the shot and into the colors of the tree. A few nits, but very well executed.
