The excellent HDR capture on my Samsung did probably 70% of the work here, but the bulk of the development and some initial styling was handled inside ON1 Photo RAW (my main workhorse tool these days), followed by fine color grading and detail within Affinity using Nik Color Efex and a manually blended bleached paper texture. I'm really glad the toning hit the sweet spot for several people here. :-)
