This is colorful, and a nice mix of shapes and different items. It looks like the water caused some reflections on some of the beads. It's interesting that the flash reflections look almost like numbers neatly arranged to be on the top of each bead.

Hmmm I kinda like it that no particular bead is focused ... As it stands now for me the image is about the colours of a collection of beads ... As soon as you start picking one out then it changes the meaning of the photo and you then need something to validate compositionally why one bead is picked out over the others .... Zorks I can get a bit over analytical

I think you're right, if the entirety of that big bead were in focus it would work better. Reflections in the water are also a little confusing to my eye (not that that's always a bad thing).

Thanks, I didn't realize it before but it does look a little out of focus. I forgot to mention the beads are partly submerged in water, so that might be why the focus looks a bit off. I still think I could have focused better on the bigger bead in the front.
