I think the idea of this image is powerful, and you certainly got some elements right on IMO, the mirror idea was great, much more interesting surface than a table, black background was a great choice, making for a much more dramatic photo. The lighting is pretty good, just shy of being overexposed on the medicine bottle. The compostion is the element i will be critical of. I would like to see it cropped equally on top and bottom with med bottle the comparison or perhaps a more one third two third crop to make it a little more interesting, you have fufilled the 1/3 2/3 rule more on the left to right vs. top to bottom. Anyway hope that helps! keep shooting!

Nice shot, but it would be nice to see the puck, I can't tell if it is behind the stick or already in the goalie's glove. A faster shutter speed might have frozen hte action a little more too (the player is a little blurry).

Nice capture. I really like the stances of both of the players in this shot. Being closer to this surely would have helped this shot, but I'm sure if you could have been closer you would have been.

anyway, fantastic lighting. topic seems a little obvious, but still fits the challenge. maybe a little more negative spaceabove the pills? just a thought.

If you're going with the OD idea, you may want to flip all the pills over so you can't tell they are just aspirin. Other than that, looks good.

If I'm reading the message right, this is a very chilling notion - that medication of some sort is what maintains (or ends?) life. Photographically, the picture is kind of flat, and the lines within the bottle tops seem to be significant, but leave the viewer wondering why.
