(I was thinking of doing something like this myself but couldnt get anyone to sit for me.)
Your model has a very lovely eye
Although the light reflection in her eye is a bit over powering and stands out quite a bit
Personally I can't see a lot wrong with your image except In my opinion you could have focused on the eye alone and left the brow out it has good enough focus for that. A really nice Macro
I think maybe the title is a little strange for a CD Album cover and the font used is not the greatest and that is what let you down
There were a lot of very good images in this challenge
Your score was very good and nothing to be ashamed of I think you met the challenge very nicely
