Nice job on the black and white processing. If you had moved him slightly to the right, the window wouldn't be coming out of his head. Someone made me aware of that awhile back with one of my headshots - I had a fence post behind a girl's head. It was one of the best tips I've received as it made me more aware of placement and surroundings.
