Kelli - this one feels more solid, like she's really sitting there, whereas the others so far feel pretty obviously like a paste job.

I highly recommend that you learn how to use masking - you can search Google for tips or look at various tutorials here on DPC. It's a much more subtle and powerful way to extract items than the extract tool (which, I admit, I've never used).

The issue here is that the jeans are too ... chunky. In real life, the transition between the edge of her jeans and the background would be smoother and less obviously straight lines.

Interesting, but in a good way. I like how the BG adds interest but does not overwhelm. Well done.

Interesting idea. Something about the contrast looks wrong here, though. For example, what should be white on the boy's shirt is actually a sort of burnt, flat gray. If there were any way to fix that, that would increase the impact of the photo. Good try though, those shadows on the tower create a really neat effect!

The photo of the kids are great, but the background is puling my eyes up away from them, can you darken the digital backgrounds? It might help.

I'll differ with Jeffrey - I think for Christmas cards, digital backgrounds - especially this one - work just fine. This is bright, cheerful, and a GREAT shot of the girls! Makes me smile. Very good job, in my opinion.

Sweet shot of the kids! I'm not crazy about digital backgrounds, though - they always look fake to me. Maybe you could buy a disc of stock photos to use instead?
