Serenading the neighborsby KelliComment by J-Me: A big instrument for a little boy but, given enough practise now, he'll grow into it with perfection.
Love the title as it makes me chuckle. I'm sure the neighbors are hoping he'll grow OUT OF IT!!! *wink* |

Number 4 - Descending by KelliComment by GregoryB: This is very impressionistic Kelli. I like the treatment you've done to this. The painter effect has really brought out the underlying colours in the leaves. |

Sunset Dramaby KelliComment by wsargen: The colors are very nice. I wish you had cropped a bit off the right (the sky is pretty, but the rest is pretty dark and doesn't add much.) A square compostion might have looked a little nicer. |

Number 4 - Descending by KelliComment by GeneralE: The "reverse silhouette" effect you've given the birds -- especially the bottom left -- remind me of Chinese/Japanese watercolor prints. |

number 3 - Night Critterby KelliComment by GeneralE: Noise is not a problem for me here. Nice tone adjustment to create a nice halo or aura effect, without losing detail in the shadows; you have highlights in the important places: eyes, tip of the nose, claws. I think you could reduce this to four or five tones (posterize) and still retain the essence of the subject. |
