Very early underwater NG images had this very odd CA and weird colour. Either the film of the day or the paper/print process. I remember it well. Maybe the need for flash too had an effect. This so screams NG underwater photography of old. In this case it might be in an aquarium, through a 2" thick laminated glass and the laminate added that green tinge and light diffraction. So what. Print it. They looked like this for years.
