This kinda looks like a snapshot of some friends going to a punk rock club, albeit good for a snapshot. The guy in the background there enhances that snappy feel and also feels like maybe not much thought has gone into composition. I'd personally have much rather seen a singular shot of one of them (maybe under some moody lighting to suit their look) with the main focal point on the hair.

the lights a bit off could have done with more in the hair to highlight and define it, and a non centred crop i.e 3rds would have seen it do better i think...
