The idea and composition of this picture are great, but it is lacking on the technical side. The focus on the models is a bit soft, and I'm not sure if it's Neat Image or Gaussian blur, but there seems to be a too heavy dose of that applied as well. It also has a slightly yellowish cast to it that can be fixed with a light touch of post processing

that's just cruel.. the owner of that pond should be forced to drink some of that water ;)

the composition isn't very good, the fish in focus is to close to the center of the image, it's very dirty and uninteresting and lacks that punch that makes it something to look at.

composition is good, the subject is pissed off, and overall a nice image.. exept for that blown out stripe that is behind the bear, it's really bad for the picture...

If the lighting was better this could have been a great image, but that blowout in his face really makes this image look like a snapshot.

apart from that I think composition and framing is very good, and it's a fun subject to look at, and I like how you captured the flames.
