think about itby pcodyComment by Kylie: Very moving picture and perfect balance of soft colors. The connection to the challenge may be seen as a bit of a stretch for most voters I think. |

think about itby pcodyComment by melismatica: There is just not enough context to make a connection to the challenge. It is a youngish, white man with his head in his hands, possibly blockin his ears. He appears to be upset or in deep thought. His clothes and his enviroment don't offer enough clues. I've thought about it and I still haven't figured it out. Sorry. |

think about itby pcodyComment by Tranquil: Wow...spectacular...the tones are almost unreal. Was there application of NeatImage? Nevertheless, a great photo; a lot of expression--a 10 from me. |

Poppy foreverby pcodyComment by melismatica: I thought this was a lovely abstract. I kept going back to look at it. It was one of my top picks. What I enjoyed was the texture the overlapping petals created and the placement of the center thingee (I'm tired--all scientific terms have left me momentarily) so low in the frame. |

Poppy foreverby pcodyComment by Nusbaum: Wonderful view of a poppy. I love the lighting and the way you have layered the petals. Only point that I might discuss would be to show less of the center (forget what that's called). All I would need to see is the very edge to help identify the subject and then just let the user flow up through the layered petals. |

Poppy foreverby pcodyComment by whagerbaumer: Very nice idea. The back lighting helps distinguish the depth of the layers of petals, however, a little more reflected light into the flower itself would have been nice. A 9, and I hope this does very well. |

Poppy foreverby pcodyComment by dcano: I really like this shot. Personally I think I would have scored it higher if the black center was taken out so that the photo resembled an abstract landscape. Bravo.
