It's a beautiful picture. I guess you will get low votes because you didn't make it square and added the bandname. Well, I imagend two black blocks on either side of the picture to make it square, and think it's an impressive album cover then. So 8 from me.

Great lighting here. thats your strong point. there is some distracting grain in the eye socket, and the the cheek is a bit digital looking, but the black contrast is nice. They say that where the darkest part of a photo or painting meets the lightest spot is often the focal point regardless of composition- if thats the case you have 3 focal points, nose, teeth, extreme left frame near bridge of eye. but my eye is drawn to the teeth in the front.
I think you did a great job here and I like the fact that the focus is stronger on th e left that in the center. lastly, I hope you paid the model for this shot with a "get out of hell free card."
