I don't think I really get the title and how it fits to the photo, I'm probably just dumb and don't catch it or maybe it is some kind of slang from where you are from. Maybe you could tell me perhaps. But I will take your word for it that it means something ironic and score you on the quality of your pic only okay.

The quality is very good, the lighting seems spot on and the composition is great. It must have been difficult to keep up this pose, I see that the cigarette is burning down, so I guess you took a lot of shots at it. Actually the way the cigarette is burnt down like that gives this image more impact. The black background is also effective, highlighting the hand more. However I see some irregularities in the background on my monitor. There is some kind of blotch on the right exactly at the middle.
