Old four eyes gets angryby jmritzComment by aliqui: I see the face, but the lighting looks to have been pretty bad when you took the shot. There's a lot of blown highlights, so I'm assuming you were trying to get it bright enough to see the lower half of the shot. You can't really fix that in basic, so you should have just done a reshoot. It would have taken no time to reshoot this with added light from the ground. |

elephantby jmritzComment by Yo_Spiff: I had to move back a little to take it in properly, but I can see the pachyderm. Well seen. I'm curious how this will do on the heels of the Posthumous challenge. This being DPC, I'm afraid things will be back to normal and this will get creamed. |

The crime sceneby jmritzComment by De Sousa: The idea behind the Posthumous Ribbon is to encourage you to break the rules, to find new and different ways to express yourself. To free your mind to think clearly toward the solution that is certain to come, to laugh at world and at life, not doing what others are expecting you to do, but just following and listening to what's in your heart. DPC it’s a wonderful learning place where everyone should be supported on their way to be a photographer. A special attention should be aimed to those working hard with different views and approaches to photography, those not aligned with the mainstream taste and receiving no recognition. It’s our responsibility to support these photographers creating diversity and expressing different visions. Being active at the Posthumous thread it’s the best way to do it. Being active at the Posthumous thread it’s the best way to protect your and the other’s freedom of being different. Thanks for taking the time to enter this challenge. Stay wild. |

enterby jmritzComment by ubique: A beautifully balanced lack of balance, and a really gorgeous concord of graduated tones and colors. Very lovely, John. Thank you. |
