This is amazing for the mix of conflicting emotions I experience when I look at it. Almost as if you, all the people in this shot, all events & people it took to lead up to this moment--were meant to converge at this moment so you could get this shot, PP it perfectly, & post it here for me to see & experience. And now the rest of my existence is affected by this butterfly's wing. Sorry if this sounds a little over-the-top. I'm not even drinking.

Hi Niall. I see you almost came in dead last with this (better luck next time). I love that you're shooting with your iPhone & have such an expressive style. I was your 10. Why? I admire photographs that do not pretend to be objective.

Take this Everyman descending the stairs, for example. At first glance, I did not see him. I noticed his coordinates. There are many people in this world, unknown, unnamed, moving along the edges of life. It's expected that a portrait will show the subject clearly, meeting our eyes through the lens. But not every spirit can or will submit to being captured that way. The untamed Everyman is honestly captured here, & I admire. Thank you.
