The Yellow Houseby BeagleboyComment by kteach: House is just a tad too small for the size of the photo. Even with that bright yellow color, it doesn't pop out at you enough. Perhaps a tighter crop with this exact shot, or taking the shot from a few steps over to bring it closer to that big rock to the right? Perfect subject for this particular challenge though! |

The Yellow Houseby BeagleboyComment by Jutilda: I wish the yellow house were in focus - as it is, it is like an afterthought. I'd like to see it in focus, and the foreground more blurred. But I still like the image - I might even saturate the yellow a tad more. Maybe as it is, use the lasso, and then do unsharp mask just on the house to sharpen it up a bit. 7 |
