	"All that glistens is not gold" by ColMustard Comment by aliqui: This is a misquote, but I think the photo itself lacks. You've got some really hot spots in your lighting. And while I can appreciate a good out of focus photo, I don't see the purpose in this not being in focus.

	Underutilzed by ColMustard Comment by Yo_Spiff: Underutilized because they don't ever do anything. I am convinced these are placed at intersections as placebos to make pedestrians THINK they will get to cross soon.
