Celebrating a New Sunriseby newtune3Comment by mirdonamy: I don't really get the feel of 'celebration' from this photo, other than in your subject line. It's pretty, but the trees are a bit dark. The window silhouette is nice, but could stand out a little more. |

Celebrating a New Sunriseby newtune3Comment by tpoc: the landscape appears to hide the sunrise...
beautiful colors in this photo. nicely framed by the window and fence. like the tree in the foreground...it breaks through those framing elements and adds some interest. |

Impliments of Shrimpingby newtune3Comment by srbrubaker: I like the concept of the wto boats in mirror image. I think the photo would be compositionally much stronger if the reflections in the water were more nearly mirror images.
If you have any photo editing software you may want to be sure that each photo you submit has some black pixels and some white pixels by checking the histograms. In photoshop the information is under Levels. This photo has white but no black. A little sharpening would help, too. |

Impliments of Shrimpingby newtune3Comment by james_so: Nice shot, would have liked to see a higher viewpoint (I realise that may not have been possible) so the reflections of the two boats were more prominent. |
