The clouds, blue and silhouetting are all great here- has that life in a northern town look. Great Canadian late fall shot.

I think this is good and something Weston may have photographed. A couple drawbacks to this shot is that the light is even and possibly diffused by cloud cover making the scene fairly grey and even in tone. I think you could have just gotten closer to the main subject to make it better. If Weston were to photograph this, he would have concentrated on the one rock in the foreground. I know this because I am an expert and have studied the master thoroughly! (he says with tongue in cheek!!)
