A strikingly bold image with that off-center head-on leaf surrounded by the rest of the plant, obliquely presented and with lovely highlighted edges. Weirdly moving.

my fav of the bread shots. This is going to ribbon!
It makes a connection between the mere product to the human who is in daily need for bread (in a figurative sense)

A great photo, but to be honest with you, it just kinda looks he is about to karate chop it, having the hands at different angles or one above the other at an angle, wouldn't look like a chopping the brain on this table. But fabulous apart from that.

not a shoehorn at all. she is at the top of a throw, as I mentioned in my comment. It's a strange moment when the object being thrown "stops" as it changes from up to down. and of course you have the other layer of father and daughter.

I actually think it's pictures of clocks that are shoehorns.
