i'm going through the entries in this challenge and this is so obviously a neat image .. your family shots are wonderful ..
this is perfect for the challenge ... loving the way the little boy and the man are nearly touching ..
i can imagine the family will be loving the pics you took for them .

Nicely scene and captured. The slow shutter make the foreground water both active and serene at the same time. Thee gulls and person really add to the image by allowing the eye to move to them. On not would be the two dark cloud lines in the upper left. Maybe clone them out to keep the sky cleaner.
