Nice detail, looks like there is a bit of touching up around the beard though this may just be artefacts, it does have a nice subtle glow to it overall which I like.

I would reduce the power of the light a bit. Maybe move more to the right in the shot. (change crop)

I was feeling her emotion, until you told me it was a stare.

I was already imagining all sorts of stories... "almost a tear" being foremost in all of them (due to the eye treatment) before you told me that she was just staring.

I hate titles. They limit an image.

Yet still... this is a beautiful image.
