Not sure about this one Joshua. The tones are OK, maybe a bit too dark in places as some shadow detail has been lost. It doesn't look like you're looking directly at the skull - I don't know if you meant this, but it feels a bit disconnected to me. Also, why the shirt off? Is there supposed to be a connection with the tats? If not, maybe shirt on would be better? I do like your composition - that works really well for me.
