Joshua, your love of gore is making me nervous... I'm on the fence about this one. It is a mix of really good technicals, and some odd choices. The masking on the hair and left arm are iffy, the gray bg is blotchy in places, you do not seem to be looking at the head, but slightly to the left and above, there is a big blurry smudge on the back of the head, not getting the distorted mouth at all... It's a crazy image, but sorry, I don't think this is your best work
